When can U-BE start making a difference for you?
U-BE can make a difference right from the acquisition phase. By working quickly and efficiently, the feasibility of an acquisition dossier can be strongly influenced. This allows you to adopt a stronger negotiating position. Our multidisciplinary team ensures that a case is immediately analysed from different angles. If U-BE is involved at an early stage, the realisation of a concept will be faster, resulting in a source of income from the early stage.
Ideation
This is the first phase of the collaborative process. During this phase, the needs of the client and partners are examined. A brainstorming meeting, for example, helps to define the full scope of the business. Then the U-BE team will work creatively with the ideas to come up with different concepts from which the client can make a choice.
Creation
After the client's approval, the concept is developed. In close cooperation with the client, the building is fully prepared for the launch. The A to Z character of the U-BE service comes in here. All the necessary steps, such as obtaining a permit, negotiating contracts, providing the necessary insurances, organising renovations, furnishing, etc. are organised by the U-BE team.
Exploitation
After the creation phase, the customer can take care of the exploitation. If the customer chooses not to organize it himself, U-BE can take care of it. There are two possible scenarios, either U-BE takes care of the exploitation or a third party comes in. In both cases, a tailor-made proposal will be provided.
